Now we need a proven sales superstar who can turn qualified leads into long-term clients and build a pipeline so strong we'll need more machines to keep up.

Responsibilities

(If You're Good Enough)

Hunt down contractors, manufacturers, and engineering firms who need fabrication and machining services and

convert them.

Follow up like a professional stalker (the ethical kind). Use a CRM properly. No scribbled notes. No dropped leads. Quote fast. Close faster. Then follow up again. Work closely with us to develop the best sales strategies. Show up hungry. Leave with results. Grow customer base Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions. Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions. Collaborate with the marketing team. Meet or exceed monthly sales targets.

You've sold

B2B services

before and have the scars to prove it. You're not scared of picking up the phone, sending cold emails, and walking onto sites if needed. You get a kick out of

winning deals

and

beating your own records

. You know how to turn a "maybe" into a "hell yes". You're coachable, driven, and allergic to excuses.

What You'll Need



Proven B2B sales experience (ideally in construction, engineering, or industrial sectors) Confidence in quoting and negotiating (

You'll get training on quoting

) Tech savvy: you know your way around CRMs and email sequences A full UK driving licence Bonus if you've sold to construction firms, OEMs, or local councils before
