The Role:

A Sales Executive is responsible for supporting the store team in seeking opportunities to maximize sales and profitability by:

B2C sales (direct sales) Reflecting a credible and professional brand image to all customers Maximizing sales through selling and providing an excellent customer experience Processing transactions effectively, accurately and efficiently Tailor making each experience to meet consumer needs Having a thorough understanding of daily, weekly & monthly individual / team targets Upholding a professional & clean working environment Immaculate appearance

RECRUITMENT PROCESS

The recruitment process is a 3 stage exercise:

Applications will be reviewed and successful candidates will be contacted to arrange a virtual interview Successful Candidates will be invited for a two days paid trial After a successful trial, contracts will be signed and a month of shadowed training will commence.
