Sales Executive
Job Description
We are a cleaning business, that has gown in size in 12 months from 0 to 250,000 turnover, now 500,000. We are now knocking on the door of 1,000,000 revenue in under 2.5 years.
We need an ambitious, driven and detailed-oriented person to work with us on 1. Telesales and 2. On the road sales (good old door knocking) to make this happen. You'll find more success in the F2F element in this industry.
You will have all the tools and software you need, paid hourly but also a healthy commission. The earning potential is into the 10,000s. You will be a Contractor, not PAYE.
If your CV has no KPIs, Numbers or Targets on it, you will not be considered. Whilst we are not a KPI-Boiler-Room cold calling company at all, we need to see your history quantified.

Responsibilities
Develop and maintain relationships with new clients to drive sales growth. Conduct outbound telemarketing calls to generate leads and schedule appointments. Present and demonstrate products or services to potential customers, highlighting key benefits. Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective strategies for market penetration. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities using Salesforce. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and resolving issues promptly. Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and product knowledge to enhance sales effectiveness.
Requirements
Proven experience in sales or telemarketing, preferably in a similar role. A proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making.
