As a Sales Executive, you'll be the primary support for our Retail Sales Managers, providing day-to-day sales administration across key retail accounts. This is a fantastic opportunity to take ownership of a retail account and deliver against agreed KPIs, all while developing your skills in a supportive, growth-focused environment.



Key Responsibilities


Maintain and update CRM and customer account files Manage pricing administration and ensure accuracy in customer terms and promotional payments Coordinate multi-level customer engagement and support promotional planning Develop and manage weekly sales and waste trackers Collaborate with demand planners and use forecasting tools to support production planning Conduct retail store audits and manage sample requests

What We're Looking For


Experience in a sales admin environment (desirable) Strong analytical and communication skills Organised, self-motivated, and a great relationship builder Proactive, results-focused, and able to work well under pressure Strong IT skills (Excel, Word, SharePoint, PowerPoint) Understanding of the UK retail frozen food industry (preferable)
