Dobies Cumbria Motors, Workington (Peugeot and Vauxhall)

Basic Salary with OTE upto 45,000 per Annum

Due to the appointment of Vauxhall New Car Franchise we are looking to expand our sales team and appoint a new Sales Executive.

Whether you are a seasoned motor trade professional or looking for a change to start something new, we want to hear from you.

We are looking for a someone who genuinely wants to learn and has a positive and professional attitude. You do not need previous experience within the automotive industry, it's your personality and willingness to learn that counts! Due to the nature of the role, you will need to have a full UK driving licence.

At Dobies Cumbria Motors, we believe selling motor cars has changed dramatically and now requires the following:

Excellent listening and communication skills Drive to succeed and offer top notch customer service Ability to comfortably communicate with customers over a number of channels including; - Face to Face - Telephone - voice and video calling - Online via email, what's app, social media channels and online chats Desire to have excellent product knowledge and embrace manufacturer standards and training Passion regarding electrification of vehicles and benefits this provides
All our process are automated so advanced IT skills is a must including database management, social media exposure, video editing and tablet based working.
