GroupAccommodation.com is the home of large group holidays in the UK and Europe. We work with over 1,700 large holiday houses across Europe, with everything from cottages to castles on our books. We have been operating from the Brecon Beacons, Wales, for over 20 years and recently took on an office space in Bath city centre.
The Role
GroupAccommodation.com is looking for an experienced, customer focussed salesperson to join our sales team, focussed on growing our property portfolio in new markets and property verticals. You will work to identify new sales opportunities for the business, outreach and close deals.
Your natural empathy and passion for building and nurturing relationships will help you thrive in this role as you start and grow relationships with our property owners.
You will:
Identify sales opportunities in new markets and property verticals
Introduce holiday property owners to GroupAccommodation.com's unique proposition
Oversee the sales cycle from prospect to close, and work closely with our production team to ensure smooth onboarding
Achieve and succeed monthly sales goals via outbound prospecting
Work closely with our marketing team to drive an increase in lead flow
You have:
3-5 years' experience in outbound sales, business development or lead qualifying role - travel industry experience a bonus
A BA/BS degree or relevant experience
Excellent communication and customer service skills - this is a client facing phone-based role
A track record of hitting and exceeding targets in a telephone sales role
Experience or an interest in the travel and tourism industry is preferred
Strong IT skills - Outlook, Microsoft Office and CRM tools - Hubspot experience a bonus
Bonus: fluency in Spanish, French or Italian
Additional information
This is a full-time role, initially for a one-year fixed term contract.
The role is based out of our office in Bath. You'd be expected to work from the office a minimum of two days per week, with occasional trips to our office in Brecon.
Salary with commission and on target annual bonus.
Statutory pension contribution paid by employer.
Holiday 25 days a year, plus bank holidays.
