Salary: 28,000.00 OTE 40,000.00

We're now looking for an Outbound Sales Executive to fuel our growth. You'll take the lead in generating new business, building strong client relationships, and delivering tailored solutions that make a real impact.

What You'll Do:

Drive outbound sales and lead generation through consultative selling Manage a robust sales pipeline Understand customer needs and deliver smart, strategic solutions Smash targets and report insights to Directors Work closely with the National Sales Executive to align on strategy and share successes
What You'll Need:

2+ years in outbound, target-driven sales Confidence, resilience, and top-class communication skills Industry experience (timber/staircases) a huge plus Full UK driving licence for occasional client visits
