In this role:
You will take pride in engaging with customers face-to-face and have a passion for delivering outstanding customer service
You will apply a consistent sales process in order to achieve total customer satisfaction
You will make recommendations on products that meet the customer's requirements and guide them through the sales process
You will be able to meet agreed sales volumes and profit targets
In order to be successful for this position, you will:
Have experience in a highly focused, customer facing role
Have excellent interpersonal/customer skills
A proven track record in sales for both new and used cars is desirable but not essential, full training will be provided.
This is a full-time role covering the sales department opening times which includes scheduled weekends off.
You may be subject to DBS checks and must adhere to conduct rules
