Due to the promotion of a long-standing team member, we are excited to offer an opportunity for a Sales Executive to join our vibrant sales team at CMC South Wales. As part of one of the UK's largest motorcycle dealer groups, you'll have the chance to sell new Yamaha motorcycles alongside many of the market's leading and most popular brands. With over 1,000 motorcycles sold annually at this location alone, you'll play a key role in a thriving business that's been established for 50 years.

What We're Looking For

Essential Qualities:

Strong communication skills. Comfortable moving motorcycles. Confident with computers and administrative tasks. Polite, outgoing nature with a customer-first approach. Ability to work effectively as part of a team.

Desirable Qualities:

Previous experience in sales or customer-facing roles. An interest in motorcycles or the automotive industry.

Your Responsibilities:

Follow the CMC sales process to manage sales enquiries and generate after-sales referrals. Maximise profitability for all motorcycle sales using provided systems and tools. Meet or exceed key performance indicators and sales targets set by the Sales Manager. Deliver outstanding customer service to encourage repeat business and build long-term relationships. Maintain showroom presentation standards in line with dealership guidelines.

Salary:

26,000 basic with an achievable

OTE of 35,000+

Annual Leave:

22 days plus Bank Holidays.
