About the role:
As a Sales Executive, you'll play a key part in driving the continued success of our expanding agency. Working closely with our local team -- and supported by the wider NFU Mutual network -- you'll:
Maximise inbound and outbound sales opportunities.
Cross-sell products and services to existing clients through proactive engagement.
Focus on understanding each customer's needs to provide tailored advice and solutions.
Deliver exceptional customer service, ensuring clients remain at the heart of everything we do.
We don't compete on price -- we focus on value, service, and trusted advice. You'll use your communication skills and expertise to clearly articulate our unique proposition, helping clients protect what matters most.
About you:
We're looking for an energetic and ambitious individual who thrives in a customer-focused sales environment. You'll bring:
A genuine passion for people, with excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
Drive, enthusiasm, and the confidence to take ownership of your sales performance.
Strong organisational skills and the ability to work independently.
Previous experience in insurance or financial services (advantageous, but not essential).
Strong IT literacy -- experience using CRM systems and social media tools would be beneficial.
Qualifications
Minimum: GCSE (or equivalent) in Maths and English, Grade C / Level 4 or above.
Desired: A Levels and/or Degree (or equivalent).
