Sales Executive - Vehicle Leasing / Contract Hire

Salary:

25,000 basic | OTE 44,000 (uncapped)

We're a small, family-run group of businesses specialising in vehicle leasing, including Summit Drive, Motorlease UK Ltd and Vehicle Procurements.

Thanks to exceptional growth at Summit Drive, we're looking for a motivated

Sales Executive

to join our team.

If you're a natural salesperson who enjoys building strong customer relationships, thrives in a fast-paced phone-based sales environment, and likes working as part of a friendly, close-knit team, we'd love to hear from you.

Most of our sales come from inbound enquiries via comparison sites & other sources, but you'll also carry out proactive outbound activity during quieter periods.

What We're Looking For

Strong sales background (vehicle leasing experience is not essential) Confident, engaging communicator - especially over the phone Proactive, driven attitude with the ability to learn quickly Excellent IT skills with strong attention to detail A team player who will thrive in a supportive, family-business culture
