Showroom Manager
A J Mills Master Masons Limited is a well-established, family-run business with over 30 years of experience.
We are now looking for a
Senior Sales Executive/Showroom Manager
to lead our showroom. This is a customer-facing role.About the Role:
Whilst previous industry experience is not required,
strong customer service and sales experience is essential.
Full product training will be provided.Key Responsibilities:
Meet with families to advise on suitable products and services. Collaborate with the manufacturing team to ensure final products meet specifications. Provide exceptional customer service, resolving queries and concerns promptly. Develop and implement sales strategies to meet performance targets.
Key Skills & Requirements:
Previous customer-facing sales experience (essential). Strong computer skills, particularly in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook. Excellent telephone and communication skills. Highly organised, punctual, and detail oriented. Comfortable working independently and as part of a supportive team. A compassionate and professional demeanour, with outstanding interpersonal skills. Motivated and results-driven, with a strong work ethic.
