The Role
As a Sales Executive, you'll be driving revenue growth and building strong client relationships across the construction sector. This is a proactive, high-energy role suited to someone who enjoys speaking to people, thrives on achieving targets, and brings natural drive and confidence.
You'll manage and convert inbound enquiries while actively generating new business through outbound calling, follow-ups, email outreach, and client meetings. You will play a key role in promoting our estimating and quantity surveying services to both new and existing clients.
This is not a field-sales role, all work is office-based, with client meetings done on Teams or in-office.
Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to new and existing clients to generate opportunities
Convert enquiries and leads into sales and meet weekly/monthly revenue targets
Build strong relationships with contractors, developers, architects and consultants
Maintain pipeline and activity reporting through internal CRM systems
Schedule and attend client meetings (office-based and virtual)
Work closely with our internal teams to support client onboarding and success
Represent our brand with energy, professionalism, and confidence
About You
Proven sales experience, ideally B2B (construction or professional services preferred but not essential)
Confident on the phone and comfortable with outbound calling and high activity
Motivated by results
Strong communication, rapport-building, and objection-handling skills
Organised, proactive, and able to manage multiple prospects and follow-ups
Positive attitude, you bring enthusiasm and momentum every day
A natural team player who also thrives working independently toward goals
