An established and fast-growing financial services company is recruiting an experienced Inbound Sales Executive to join its high-performing team on a full-time, permanent basis.


This role is ideal for a money-motivated, consultative salesperson who enjoys qualifying leads, building strong client relationships, and delivering tailored finance solutions to UK businesses.


Key Responsibilities:


Qualify inbound leads and assess business finance requirements
Contact inbound enquiries and carry out proactive outbound sales calls
Build and manage a strong sales pipeline
Attend client meetings, networking events, and trade shows
Work towards realistic weekly and monthly KPIs
Retain and develop clients through reviews and cross-selling opportunities


Commission Structure:


10% commission on 0-19,999
20% commission on all earnings once 20,000 is exceeded
OTE 70,000+ in year one


Essential Skills:


Minimum 3 years' sales experience
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Customer-focused with a proactive sales approach
Self-motivated, organised, and target-driven
Full UK driving licence required
