Part-Time Sales Executive - Events & Festivals (Great British Food Festival, Scare Time & Luminate) Location:

Hybrid (mix of office and home working, UK-based)

Hours:

Part-time, 14-24 hours per week (flexible: 2-3 full days or 4 hours across 4 days)

- our scare trails for October. Fantastic venues, spooky and scream for all ages.

The Role:

We're looking for a friendly, proactive Part-Time Sales Executive to join our small, energetic team. You'll be the voice of our events, reaching out to new traders, sponsors, and local businesses--whether that's inviting food producers to join our festivals, securing sponsorship deals, or helping companies book their Christmas parties at our light trails.

What you'll do:

Pick up the phone and confidently speak to a wide range of people--no hard sell, just genuine conversations Introduce our events to potential traders, sponsors, and local companies Build and maintain relationships with new and existing partners Explain what makes our events special and answer any questions Secure bookings and take payments over the phone Keep accurate records of calls, leads, and bookings Work closely with the rest of the team to hit targets and help our events grow

About You:

Confident, friendly, and happy to spend lots of time on the phone Excellent communicator who can build rapport quickly Organised and able to manage your own leads and follow-ups Comfortable taking payments and handling booking details Driven to achieve results, but always with integrity (we're not about the hard sell!) Previous sales or customer service experience is a bonus, but attitude is everything
