We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our expanding team. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills and a strong understanding of B2B sales processes. The successful applicant will be responsible for managing sales pipelines, building relationships, and closing deals that align with company objectives.
Responsibilities
Identify and develop new business opportunities through targeted prospecting and lead generation.
Conduct telemarketing activities to generate interest and schedule meetings with potential clients.
Manage and update customer information using Salesforce and other CRM software to ensure accurate records of interactions and sales progress.
Present product or service offerings clearly and persuasively to prospective clients via phone or in-person meetings.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to foster loyalty and repeat business.
Collaborate with internal teams to tailor solutions that meet client needs effectively.
Prepare detailed proposals, quotations, and contracts in accordance with client requirements.
Track sales metrics, prepare reports, and analyse data to inform strategic planning.
Requirements
Proven experience in B2B sales, telemarketing, or related roles.
Proficiency in Salesforce and other CRM software platforms.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple client accounts simultaneously.
Demonstrated ability to build rapport quickly and negotiate effectively.
Self-motivated with a proactive approach towards achieving targets.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
