Your Mission
Turn warm leads into delighted owners, one perfectly-matched hot tub at a time.
Jump on the phones, use WhatsApp and email to speak to leads, plus showroom walk-ins and appointments you create for yourself.
Follow up effectively, making sure to work the phones & WhatsApp to keep every warm and hot lead fizzing until they buy.
Update our CRM so every conversation moves the pipeline forward.
What You Bring
A track record in consultative, big-ticket or luxury retail sales.
Phone confidence - you're happiest with your headset-on, goal in sight.
CRM know-how (we use Pipedrive) and the discipline to keep it check.
