Operexx is a creative performance agency helping e-commerce and service businesses grow with content, paid ads, and email marketing. Alongside our full agency model, we run OGC (Operexx Growth Consulting) -- a done-with-you service where we coach brands to run their own ads, while providing creative and strategic support.

OGC is scaling fast, and we are looking for a Sales Executive to own the sales process for this vertical. This is a high-energy, KPI-driven role with clear scripts, training, and support provided.

The Role

Location: South West London (Office-Based)

Salary: 22,000 - 26,000 base + commission

(OTE 65k-70k year 1)

Type: Full-Time

As Sales Executive, you'll be responsible for converting inbound leads (from TikTok, IG, and ads) into paying OGC clients. You'll manage the pipeline, run discovery calls, follow up with prospects, and close deals. This is not cold calling -- you'll be handling warm leads generated by our marketing engine.

Responsibilities

Manage inbound OGC sales pipeline from first enquiry to close. Conduct discovery calls and present the OGC offer confidently. Follow up consistently via email/DM to maximise close rates. Hit weekly and monthly sales targets. Provide feedback to the marketing team on lead quality and objections. Use CRM tools to track pipeline and maintain accurate records.

Requirements

1-2 years' experience in sales (agency/marketing environment preferred). Confident communicator -- comfortable on Zoom and phone calls. Driven by KPIs and targets, hungry to earn high commission. Organised, disciplined, and process-driven. Positive, energetic, and ambitious personality.
