KEY RESPONSIBILITIES



Customer Interaction: Engage with customers in a courteous and professional manner, actively listening to their preferences and requirements and ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction throughout the buying process. Product Knowledge: Maintain an up-to-date understanding of the vehicles for sale including features, specifications, pricing, and competitive advantages. Sales Process: Guide customers through the entire sales process, from initial contact and product presentation through to closing deals. Relationship Building: Develop and maintain positive relationships with customers to foster repeat business and referrals. Documentation: Handle all necessary paperwork and documentation accurately and efficiently, including orders, financing agreements, and vehicle delivery. Follow-Up: Maintain post-sale communication with customers to ensure satisfaction, address concerns, and encourage future business, and positive Trust Pilot feedback. Sales Targets: Meet or exceed sales targets set by the business. Customer Education: Educate customers about financing options, warranties, and additional services to enhance their overall buying experience. Appraising part exchange vehicles accurately. Proposing customers to selected finance companies, ensuring compliance with FCA regulations, and industry legal requirements. Stay informed about changes in automotive laws and regulations.

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED



Minimum of Grade C GCSE Maths & English, or equivalent qualification. Some automotive experience is required alongside a keen interest in cars. Exceptional customer service skills. Excellent communicator and highly personable. A 'Can Do' attitude. Great attention to detail. Ability to remain calm in a fast-paced environment Excellent telephone manner. Applicants must have a full UK driving licence.
