Join our team as a Sales Executive (Groups Bookings focus)
Oxford Castle & Prison watches over the dreaming spires of the historic city of Oxford. From the heights of the Saxon St George's tower to the depths of its 900 year-old Norman crypt. Our costumed tour guides lead guests on a 1000-year journey, telling the history of this ancient site through the stories of the Castle & Prison's most infamous inhabitants; amongst them Empresses, Kings, monks and prisoners
As our Sales Executive, you will grow the attraction's network and achieve strategic objectives through effective relationship-building, in order to generate group, trade and corporate sales.
You will take ownership of all sales activity including attending networking events, making sales calls, developing e-marketing campaigns and briefing sales collateral.
Using your networking and communication skills you will strengthen ties with businesses, identify gaps in the market for group booking opportunities and implement action plans to commercialise these opportunities.
Attention to detail is key as you will be updating the CRM system and completing the administration for all group bookings including issuing invoices and ensuring payments are received on time.
We are looking for a team member with sparkle and passion, who has experience in sales, administration and relationship-building.
Contract:
40 hours per week. Permanent Contract. Weekends & Bank Holidays included.
Salary:
28,205 per annum
