Sales Executive - Commercial Finance

Oxford (New Office Opening)

We are opening a new office in Oxford and are looking for motivated Sales Executives to join our growing commercial finance brokerage.

This is an office based sales role focused on speaking with UK business owners, understanding their funding needs, and arranging suitable finance solutions including asset finance, business loans and working capital.

Salary & earnings

Base salary: 27,000 Uncapped commission On-target earnings: 45,000-47,000
The role

Make and receive calls with UK business owners Qualify leads and understand funding requirements Manage deals from first call to completion Build and manage your own sales pipeline Work closely with underwriting and support teams Maintain accurate CRM records Work to clear, achievable monthly targets

Confident and professional phone manner Sales experience preferred but not essential Comfortable working to targets Motivated by earnings and progression Reliable, organised and commercially aware
