We are a full-service hotel operational and asset management company, offering our clients a hybrid option for their hospitality real estate investment, with Head Office based in the heart of Perth, Scotland.
The role requires a confident individual that is part of the wider Sales team and is a key point of contact between customers and hotels. Task will include sales research, conduct prospecting, client appointments, show-rounds, administrative tasks, maximise revenue, build customer loyalty and support the wider Sales team.
:
Valuate, qualify, identify new sales leads, and arrange appointments. Prepare and finalise contracts and to close sales transactions
Create sales presentations via Power Point, presenting to clients, for networking trade shows etc.
Join sales calls to engage with prospective and current clients i.e. Sales Blitz
Provide sales coordination for famtrips, sales reporting, and/or general administrative support as needed relevant to role.
Maintain a portfolio of telesales accounts and retain client relationships. (Corporate/MICE/Agency/Leisure Groups)
Track performance, monthly reporting.
Collaborate with Marketing to align the Hotel Sales strategy with one message.
Represent the hotel at local networking events, trade shows, and client meetings
Maintain Goals/Objectives:
Establish and maintain complete and up-to-date lead response information
Generate and organise sales reports using multiple data systems, STR, Lighthouse, PMS systems
Track and report on KPIs such as lead conversion rates, revenue contribution in the managed segments, and client engagement. Review monthly performance.

Education and Professional Certification
High School diploma or equivalent required
Preferred minimum of 2 years' experience in hotels either in Sales and Marketing, Group Reservations, Guest Services, or Front Desk,
Sales experience in a hotel is preferred and or relevant service industry
Essential
Language requirements: Business proficient English
Driving Licence is required /also to commute as hotel is located in a rural location
