What You'll Be Doing:
Delivering an outstanding customer experience from first contact to handover
Building strong, long-term relationships with new and existing customers
Presenting and demonstrating new and used vehicles and their latest in-car technology
Following the Sales Process to maximise conversion rates and sales opportunities
Promoting finance packages, service plans, and additional products to meet customer needs
Using digital marketing tools, online platforms, and social media to generate leads
Keeping up to date with the latest models, electric and hybrid technology, and special offers
Managing your own sales pipeline and meeting monthly targets
What We're Looking For:
Proven experience in car sales, retail sales, or another customer-facing sales role
Confident communicator with strong negotiation skills
Comfortable with technology and able to demonstrate digital features to customers
Organised, proactive, and able to work independently
Full UK driving licence essential
Previous motor trade sales experience is a plus, but not required - full training will be provided
