12.50 p/h - 14 p/h + 4% uncapped commission scheme

The Opportunity



Looking for someone with the energy to "sell ice to an Eskimo" -- but with the reality that our services are much easier to sell. Leads are

warm and inbound

, customers are already seeking moving services. Role is about building trust, relationships, and closing deals rather than hammering cold calls. We're upfront: this is a

modest base salary role

, designed to attract sales professionals who back themselves to perform. The real reward comes from our

4% uncapped commission scheme

Key Responsibilities



Handle inbound enquiries and follow up leads. Conduct outbound calls to maximise opportunities. Use LinkedIn and other channels to

generate new commercial leads

(proactive sales). Prepare accurate, tailored quotations -- all moves are bespoke. Attend

home visits

to assess requirements and reassure customers. Support office operations/admin when sales activity is quieter. Work collaboratively with existing sales exec -- shared workload and team growth target (+25% sales).

Tackle a steep learning curve

-- although full training is provided, you will be expected to quickly learn and understand our pricing strategy, core service offerings, features and benefits, and internal computer/CRM systems.

What We're Looking For



Strong

sales experience

(phone-based preferred).

Numerical ability

-- fast, confident with mental maths (quotations, volumes, pricing).

-- able to handle constant interruptions (calls, emails, WhatsApps).

-- thinks ahead, enjoys organising details (like planning trips/events).

Information gathering & attention to detail

-- skilled at asking the right questions, capturing full details, and ensuring quotations are accurate and all information is correctly recorded.

Creativity & relationship building

-- personalises communications, treats each customer as a VIP, uses individuality/humour to build trust.

Proactivity

-- confident in generating new business via LinkedIn and other sources.

Tech-savvy

-- confident with Microsoft computers (including use of shortcuts) and comfortable with multiple software platforms; experience using CRM systems such as Salesforce, Pipedrive, Monday CRM, Zoho, or similar is highly desirable.

Quick learner with strong retention

-- able to take on new information rapidly and apply it under pressure.

Collaborative & open-minded

-- willing to share ideas for improvements but not discouraged if not all are implemented.

Leadership potential

-- future ability to guide teams and train new staff.

What We Offer



12.50 - 14 p/h base salary + performance-based commission. Commission is tied to overall business growth, not individual sales. Up to

4% uncapped

, based on quarterly VAT returns above the current baseline. A
