An exciting and rare opportunity has become available at Mercedes-Benz of Poole for an experienced Sales Executive.

Their simple goal is to deliver the most outstanding service from each of their sites in Guildford, Basingstoke, Poole, Dorchester, Newbury, Farnborough, Salisbury, Epsom and Hindhead.

The Role

Using your fantastic customer service skills along with your passion for selling, you will gain an understanding of your customers' needs and deliver as required. The business is looking for candidates who are performing in the upper quartile in their current role, which will need to be demonstrated at the interview stage.

Duties will include:

Assisting customers in finding their desired vehicle via the Mercedes-Benz online showroom Contacting interested parties and customers by telephone and in writing to generate Sales Leads. Conducting face-to-face meetings and presenting the Mercedes-Benz range. Informing and advising visitors on Mercedes-Benz vehicles, equipment, prices, conditions, technical data and other information Evaluating used cars and conducting appraisals of customers' vehicle. Assessing the condition of Trade Ins and ensuring all defects /damage reported and recorded prior to a Part Exchange price being agreed. Organising and carrying out test-drives and evaluating results. Involvement in sales events. Guaranteeing a professional level of product presentation (price marking, accessibility, cleanliness, etc).

About You

Reporting to the Sales Manager, you will have previous car sales experience and a stable, successful career in this arena.


You will be well organised and be able to prioritise with excellent IT skills. Exceptional communication skills are essential, along with the ability to develop relationships effortlessly.


You will be expected to be immaculately attired as is befitting the Mercedes-Benz brand and must hold a full driving licence.

On Offer

The showroom is open from 8.30 - 18.30 Monday to Friday, 9.00 - 17:00 Saturday and 10:00 - 16:00 Sunday. Weekend work on a rota basis will be required; however, a 5-day week will be worked.

Basic Salary: 27,250 per annum with an OTE of 53,000 per annum
