Role Description



This is a full-time, office-based role in Cuffley, Hertfordshire, ideal for someone at the start of their sales career who is driven, confident, and eager to succeed in a fast-paced sales environment.

As a Sales Executive, you'll be on the front line of our growth, spending the majority of your time making cold calls, qualifying leads, and opening doors for the wider sales team. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys speaking to new people, isn't afraid of rejection, and is motivated by targets, progression, and earning potential.

You'll receive training, support, and clear career progression into more senior sales roles as you prove yourself.

Key Responsibilities



Making a high volume of outbound cold calls to generate new business opportunities Identifying, qualifying, and nurturing prospects Confidently pitching Marquee Contracting's services over the phone Booking meetings for Business Development Managers Maintaining accurate records of activity and pipeline Working towards and exceeding weekly and monthly targets Learning the industry, our solutions, and how to sell value-based services

You will be



Confident, ambitious, and hungry to build a career in sales Comfortable spending most of your day on the phone Resilient, thick-skinned, and motivated by targets Competitive, driven, and eager to earn commission Well-spoken with strong communication skills Organised and able to manage your time effectively

You may have



Some experience in sales, telesales, or customer-facing roles (preferred but not essential) An interest in B2B sales, compliance, or professional services
