We're growing fast -- and we're now looking for a

motivated Sales Executive

who loves the buzz of converting leads, building relationships, and closing deals.

What you'll be doing

You'll take ownership of the

entire sales process

-- from first contact to close -- across both domestic and commercial channels.

Your day will include:

Responding to warm inbound leads from our website, Costco, marketing campaigns and partner referrals. Qualifying opportunities, advising on door designs, colours and hardware, and creating accurate quotes. Building trust quickly over the phone and email -- understanding each customer's needs and turning conversations into confirmed orders. Managing existing customer relationships and re-engaging previous enquiries. Collaborating with production and logistics to ensure smooth handovers and happy customers. Tracking performance and sharing ideas to help improve our campaigns and customer journey.
What we're looking for

2+ years' experience in

inbound or outbound phone-based sales

with proven success in hitting or exceeding targets. Confident communicator - warm, clear and professional on the phone and email. Highly organised with good IT skills (CRM, Microsoft 365, Excel). A self-starter with real drive to win and progress. Team player who enjoys working with marketing and operations to deliver great service.

Bonus points if you have:

Experience in

home improvement, construction, glazing or aluminium products

. A full UK driving licence.
