Sales Executive

to join our growing team. This role is central to driving business growth by securing new clients in the

property and home improvement sector

, with a focus on estate agencies, property managers, and high-value residential markets.

The ideal candidate will be a natural communicator who can

build trust face-to-face, generate momentum door-to-door, and turn one-off projects into ongoing pipelines

Key Duties



Develop and execute sales strategies to expand our presence in premium markets. Approach estate agents, property managers, and residents directly to build strong pipelines. Leverage completed projects (e.g., high-end driveways) to generate referrals and nearby interest. Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and industry trends. Present proposals and negotiate confidently with prospective clients. Maintain accurate sales activity records in CRM (Salesforce experience beneficial). Build long-term relationships that encourage repeat business and referrals. Collaborate with the operations team to ensure excellent service delivery.

Requirements



Proven experience in

field sales, door-to-door sales, or B2B business development

. Track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets. Confident communicator with strong interpersonal and negotiation skills. Highly self-motivated, energetic, and able to work independently. Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple leads. Full UK driving licence preferred; must have own transport or be able to travel via public transport (allowance and reimbursements provided). CRM knowledge (Salesforce or similar) desirable. Proficiency in Spanish a bonus, but not required.

What We Offer



Base salary 30,000-35,000, plus uncapped commission. On-target earnings 50,000-70,000+. Option to include car allowance in your base package.
