Sales Executive - B2B Waste Solutions

Location: Leeds, West Yorkshire
Salary: 25,000 - 30,000 basic (DOE) + Uncapped Commission (OTE 40,000+)
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am - 5:00pm

Your Role



As our B2B Sales Executive, you'll generate and convert leads, promote our services, and help us win new business. This is mainly an office-based role, with occasional site visits - so a driving licence is a plus.

You'll receive full training on our CRM and sales strategy.

Key Responsibilities



Generate and convert B2B leads through calls, emails, and meetings Promote our services to potential clients Maintain and manage sales pipelines in our CRM system Achieve monthly and quarterly targets Help shape our sales approach with your insights and experience

What We're Looking For



Proven B2B sales experience Confident communicator and self-starter Resilient, target-driven, and tech-savvy Open to modern sales and marketing techniques UK Driving licence
