Job Description
We're a busy
garage specialising in engine rebuilds - supplied and fitted
, and we're looking for a friendly, motivated person to join our team in asales and customer service role
.About the Role
You'll be the first point of contact for customers -- both over the phone and in person. Your main responsibilities will include:
Handling incoming calls and customer enquiries Providing quotes and information about our engine rebuild services Booking in jobs and managing the workshop diary Liaising with customers throughout the repair process Supporting the sales process to help grow the business
About You
We're looking for someone who:
Has great communication and customer service skills Is confident and professional on the phone Is organised and can manage bookings efficiently Has some knowledge or interest in cars and engines (experience in the motor trade preferred but not essential) Can work well as part of a small, dedicated team
