I'm looking for an enthusiastic and friendly Sales Closer to join our team!

We work with mainly Brazilian Jiu Jitsu gyms across the UK, helping them grow by handling both their marketing and sales. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys talking to people and is looking for a flexible job that they can do from home.

About the Role:

You'll be calling people who have shown interest in joining our gyms, guiding them through the process, and helping them sign up. This process is about sales, listening to their goals and pain points and being able to handle objections, close them and take payment then and there for a long term program.

No heavy experience needed - but sales experience would be great. This is a remote position, so you can work from anywhere in the UK. Looking for someone who can work at least 4 days a week - our working hours are from 9am - 8pm so your shift can be anywhere within that.

What We're Looking For:

Someone who's confident, talkative, fast on your feet, sharp, a happy individual, motivated, happy to sit through a few hours of people not answering the phone and then be able to put on that sales performance once through to someone. Experience training in BJJ would be great but not necessary It is necessary that you are an individual who cares about your health and fitness so you know how these things can help someone's life change.

Our Goal for you:

- For this role I'm looking for someone who can work up to managing others in the sales team, pay increase upon targets hit. We are currently expanding into overseas markets so a sales role could progress into being a SDR for the business signing up new clients for our agency.

Long term:

- Over the next year we will be growing into other markets outside of the UK presenting new sales role opportunities for you once developed.
