We are hiring a Sales Executive who is confident meeting customers, proactive in generating new business and effective in a fast paced commercial environment. The role involves outreach, pipeline management and regular travel for face to face meetings.
Responsibilities
Drive daily outbound outreach to organisations that hire plant machinery, vehicles or equipment
Build new business opportunities and maintain a strong pipeline
Hold regular in person meetings with prospective customers
Use structured follow up to keep opportunities moving
Manage the journey from first contact to customer commitment
Work collaboratively with internal teams when progressing opportunities
What we are looking for
Experience in sales or business development
Proven ability to speak with decision makers and close deals
Confidence with proactive calling, messaging and in person engagement
Ability to manage a structured pipeline and maintain consistent follow up
Comfortable working to activity and performance targets
Full UK driving licence for customer travel
Construction experience is helpful but not required
Working environment
Remote role based in the UK
Regular travel for customer meetings
Smart presentation required for in person visits
This is a Bring Your Own Device role. You must provide your own laptop and mobile
All required software and tools are supplied
Company equipment may be introduced later as the team grows
Structured onboarding and ongoing support provided
Compensation
This is a salaried role. Commission is available and agreed at the final stage. The position is not commission only.
