Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced and proven client acquisition exec to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for taking all leads generated by the company's proven marketing, and converting them into sales. This role requires strong sales skills - we're looking for people who can close the deal quickly.

Just About Weddings is the UK's only full service wedding enterprise, including the largest and multi award winning wedding planning service, wedding photo and film, wedding decor and floristry, wedding hair and make up and wedding entertainment.

This role is all about the ability to onboard new clients, taking them from enquiry to contract.

At present, the company receives a very considerable number of new enquiries on a daily basis - in excess of 15 a day, 7 days a week. The enquiries are driven from our marketing investment on the leading wedding industry platform, and are all 'real' enquiries. However, the market is competitive, and this role is all about taking those enquiries as soon as they come in (speed is everything) and ensuring the couples hear from us in a way that stands out above everyone else.

Responsibilities

- Communicate effectively with potential new clients, via email, WhatsApp, telephone and other methods

- Achieve sales targets

- Utilise CRM systems to track enquiries

- Develop and implement strategies to enhance business performance

- Take enquiries from Initial contact, to contract

Requirements

- Proven experience in a sales roles

- Strong sales acumen

- Ability to understand a variety of different products and services, and how they work within a wedding setting, as well as understanding the pricing structure and company ethos

- Excellent communication skills

Pay

- This role offers a low basic but decent commission. If you're a salesperson, that won't worry you!

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: 25,000.00-80,000.00 per year
