The role



We are seeking an ambitious and results-driven Sales Executive to drive new business growth and expand our customer base. This is a new business acquisition role where you'll be responsible for generating revenue through both new customer acquisition and identifying expansion opportunities within our existing client base. You'll manage the full sales cycle from initial contact through to contract signature. Your focus will be on converting prospects into customers, uncovering additional revenue opportunities from current clients, building a strong pipeline, and consistently closing deals that drive company growth.

Key responsibilities



New Business Development



Proactively identify and pursue new sales opportunities through warm leads from our business development team Generate new revenue from both brand new customers and expansion opportunities within the existing customer base Manage the complete sales cycle from initial contact through to contract signature Qualify prospects and conduct needs analysis to understand customer requirements Prepare and present compelling, professional proposals tailored to customer objectives Negotiate contracts and pricing to close deals efficiently Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets Work closely with the business development team to optimise lead quality and conversion rates Attend industry networking events, conferences, and trade shows to build relationships and generate leads Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified opportunities from multiple sources Conduct product demonstrations and consultative sales conversations Follow up persistently with prospects to move deals through the sales cycle Identify expansion opportunities within existing customer accounts for additional services or increased capacity

Customer Service & Operations



Coordinate with the provisioning team to ensure smooth order fulfilment for new customers Resolve initial customer concerns professionally and efficiently during onboarding Maintain comprehensive knowledge of all Prostack products and services Interpret technical audits and server requirements to recommend optimal hosting solutions Manage customer pricing requests and contract negotiations

What We're Looking For



Essential Experience & Skills



Proven sales track record:

Minimum

2+ years

in a B2B new business sales role with demonstrable success in meeting/exceeding targets

Growth-focused:

Self-motivated with natural ability to identify and pursue new opportunities

Sales cycle management:

Experience managing opportunities from lead to close

Communication excellence:

Confident and professional communicator via phone, video, and email

Relationship building:

Ability to build rapport quickly with new prospects

Negotiation skills:

Comfortable discussing pricing, contracts, and commercial terms

Results-oriented:

Driven by targets and motivated by commission-based earnings

Pipeline management:

Strong organisational skills to manage multiple opportunities simultaneously

Desirable Experience



Web hosting, SaaS, or technology sales experience Experience selling to e-commerce businesses or digital agencies New business development or lead generation experience Basic technical understanding of website hosting, servers, or web technologies Experience with CRM systems (we use HubSpot) Knowledge of the digital/web design agency landscape

Compensation & Benefits



Base Salary & Commission



Base Salary:

30,000 per annum

Commission Structure:

Uncapped commission based on MRR closed

Realistic OTE:

45,000-65,000 in first year

High Performer OTE:

65,000-85,000+ for top performers

Commission Plan Highlights:



Higher commission multipliers for longer contract terms (up to 1.25x for 3-year agreements) Additional commission boosts when customers pay upfront Commission paid as customer payments are received (aligned with cash flow) 6-month probationary period with full commission structure

Work Schedule & Location



Hours:

Monday to Friday, 9:00am - 5:30pm (with flexitime options)

Location:

Fully remote

Travel:

Occasional travel to networking events, conferences, and customer meetings
