Sales Executive Role Salary:

30,000 basic + highly competitive commission (OTE 80k+)

first three months - Fixed-term contract

We are a specialist R&D consultancy seeking a

driven, results-focused Sales Executive

to join our team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a confident, ambitious sales professional who thrives on converting leads into loyal clients and wants to be rewarded generously for their success.

What you'll do

Proactively generate new business through

cold calling and lead generation

Confidently present our services and convert prospects into paying clients Consistently meet and exceed monthly sales targets Work independently from home with the drive to succeed without handholding

What we're looking for

Minimum

2 years' proven experience in cold calling & sales

C-suite experience

Strong track record of hitting and exceeding sales targets Self-motivated and resilient with a genuine passion for success Excellent communication and negotiation skills Experience in professional services or consultancy sales is an advantage (but not essential)
