Bloom is rapidly expanding and seeking a dynamic, professional
Sales executive
to join our team. You'll be a key part of our conversion engine -- taking enquiries, qualifying them with purpose, and booking viewing appointments that lead to registrations.
You'll work closely with Directors, Digital Marketing and media, Admissions, and Nursery Managers to ensure every family enquiry gets the attention it deserves, turning interest into decisions with clarity and confidence.
What You'll Do
Handle inbound enquiries (calls and online leads).
Use proven qualification methods to guide families.
Book site visits and orchestrate seamless hand-offs.
Support families toward confident registration decisions.
What We're Looking For
? Strong communicator
? Sales or customer intake experience

? Comfortable working with CRM systems

Commission for every conversion over 50 per month
