Key Responsibilities:
Develop and manage relationships with both new and existing clients to drive sales.
Sell advertising space across our suite of leisure magazines, newspapers, and handbooks.
Consistently meet and exceed sales targets.
Collaborate with the editorial teams to develop products with desirable advertising opportunities.
As you progress, take on leadership responsibilities, guiding and motivating a sales team.
Lead by example, offering creative solutions and fresh ideas.
Drive the development of new products and services, identifying opportunities for growth.
Educate yourself continually in the leisure and publishing industries, becoming a key resource within your field.
What We're Looking For:
Proven experience in sales, ideally with a background in concept selling or B2B telesales.
Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to rationalise diverse perspectives from both customers and colleagues.
A passion for launching new products and services, with a forward-thinking approach to business growth.
A belief that sales is a skill to be developed, not just a natural gift--someone who is focused on learning and perfecting their craft.
Strong leadership potential, with a desire to inspire and manage a high-performing team.
