We are a fast-growing, dynamic company specialising in cleaning services. we offer contract cleaning services to the NHS, councils and domestic customers which include window cleaning, waste removals , biohazard cleaning and much more.

We are seeking a motivated and target-driven Sales Executive to manage our entire sales pipeline from our Ripley office.
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing new business opportunities and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients. This role offers an exciting chance to utilise your sales expertise within a fast-paced environment, contributing to the growth of our organisation. Excellent communication skills and experience in B2B sales and canvassing.

Duties



Identify and pursue new business opportunities through telemarketing and direct outreach Manage and update customer information using Salesforce and other CRM software Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction Conduct product presentations and negotiations to secure sales agreements Collaborate with internal teams to develop customised solutions for clients Maintain a thorough understanding of our products and services to effectively communicate value propositions Track sales performance metrics and prepare regular reports for management Attend industry events and networking functions to expand professional contacts

Requirements



Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably within a similar industry Proficiency in Salesforce and CRM software tools Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple client accounts simultaneously Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets through effective telemarketing and face-to-face interactions Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently as well as part of a team Knowledge of sales techniques, negotiation strategies, and market analysis methods

Pay: 24,420.00-35,500.00 per year
