You will play a vital role in our company's growth and success. Your primary responsibility will be to identify, engage, and acquire new clients, whilst building relationships with current clients.
Main responsibilities:
Proactively following up projects in the pipeline.
Booking appointments with Main Contractors and Specifiers where relevant to build relationships and improve conversion rate.
Ensuring all relevant projects are kept up to date on the pipeline and are regularly reviewed
Ensuring a successful handover of relevant projects at Stage 5 to the next team member when appropriate.
Proactively booking meetings with relevant contacts
Landscape architects, general architects, planners, civil engineering consultants, and focusing efforts on contacts and companies that we haven't dealt with for 24 months +.
Following up leads
Processing sales for contractors on receipt of orders from new clients
Researching live sites and sending BDM to site to offer demos
Skills and attributes:
Previous experience in a sales, telephone and/or customer service role essential
Persistent and results oriented
Patient and able to handle customer rejection
High level of adaptability
Previous experience with using Zoho or similar CRM system
Self-disciplined with strong time management skills
Experience working in a KPI driven role

Educational requirements:
Good level of education
Computer literate with strong administrative skills
Excellent standard of written and spoken English
Full valid UK driving licence and access to a vehicle required due to the location of our Offices.
