Salary
Starting salary of 30,000 per year with an additional commission structure. Entry target creating OTE of 60,000, with experienced target creating OTE of 90,000

The Role
We are looking for an experienced and confident
Sales Executive
to take responsibility for
speaking directly with construction companies and onboarding them onto Engage Business Development's services
.
This is a closing-focused role. You will be having professional, consultative conversations with directors and senior decision-makers, understanding their challenges and clearly explaining how Engage BD can support their growth.
This is
not
a call-centre role and
not
a hard-sell environment. You will be representing Engage BD as a trusted partner to construction businesses.
Key Responsibilities
Speak with construction companies that are suitable for Engage BD's services
Conduct structured sales calls with business owners, directors and commercial managers
Understand prospect needs, current challenges and growth objectives
Confidently present Engage BD's service offering and process
Handle objections professionally and close companies onto our services
Manage the full sales process from initial conversation through to onboarding
Maintain accurate CRM notes, follow-ups and pipeline forecasts
Work closely with management to refine messaging and sales approach
Who We're Looking For
You will be a strong fit if you:
Have proven experience in B2B sales or service-based selling
Can regularly self generate leads and book in calls to discuss the service
Are confident holding conversations with senior decision-makers
Are organised, professional and self-motivated
Want a role where performance is recognised and rewarded
Experience selling into the construction industry is a strong advantage
, but not essential for the right salesperson with the right attitude.
