Position Summary: Sales Executive

We are looking for a driven and enthusiastic

Sales Executive

to join our growing team in the UK. This role is key to expanding our client base and promoting our range of financial consultancy services. You'll be instrumental in supporting Super Financial Limited's mission to deliver exceptional value and strategic guidance to businesses.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and grow the branch's social media presence (TikTok, Facebook) Post two daily short videos focused on industry insights and updates Upsell additional services to existing clients Conduct cold calls to generate leads and identify new opportunities Develop and execute effective sales strategies to meet business objectives Identify and engage new B2B prospects Build and nurture long-term client relationships Use CRM tools to manage client data and track sales activities

Qualifications & Requirements

Proven experience in B2B sales or a similar role Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Proficiency in using CRM platforms Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal Ability to work independently and collaboratively Knowledge of financial services is a plus

Fluency in Romanian is required
