Job Title: Sales Executive

Salary: 24,000 - 45,000 per year (OTE, including commission)

Sales Advisor

Key Responsibilities:

Engage with customers to understand their needs and recommend suitable products. Build and maintain strong customer relationships to foster loyalty and repeat business. Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets. Stay informed about product updates, promotions, and industry trends. Assist with inventory management and merchandising to ensure optimal product presentation. Process transactions accurately and efficiently using our point-of-sale system. Deliver outstanding customer service at every interaction.

What We're Looking For:

Previous experience in sales or customer service (preferred but not essential). Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive attitude. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment. Self-motivated with a passion for achieving results. Proficiency in using computer systems and POS software. Flexibility to work weekends and evenings as needed. Full UK driving licence (required).
