This is a full-time, hybrid role offering autonomy, variety and the chance to make a real impact. It would suit someone who thrives on starting conversations, nurturing leads and spotting genuine opportunities -- without the hard sell.
What you'll be doing:
Reaching out to prospective businesses to introduce the company's services and generate new leads
Identifying and booking opportunities for product trials and demonstrations
Logging all activity and updates in the CRM system
Supporting the wider sales and business development team with diary coordination and pipeline updates
Promoting relevant services, tools and training initiatives
Building lasting relationships with clients through clear and thoughtful communication
What we're looking for:
A confident communicator with a natural ability to build rapport
Background in B2B customer service, sales, or lead generation
Organised, detail-focused and proactive
Comfortable managing your own time and working independently
Familiar with Microsoft Office and CRM systems
