This role is focused around engaging with new customers that come to us and becoming an integral part of their construction project with a source of technical and useful information in regard to EnviroBuild sustainably sourced materials.
It is an incoming sales position - (B2C) so no cold calling. It is in our Landscaping Department. of EnviroBuild. You don't need to know much about construction but are willing to learn about all aspects and build your knowledge whilst winning orders.
Having experience engaging customers on the phone or genuine sales experience elsewhere will go a long way, however on going sales training will be given.
At the same time as engaging new customers that have come forward to us, you'll be on the lookout for tradespeople and other industry players (i.e. architects, contractors) to set up repeat customers and perform ongoing account management so they come to you for any projects they are involved in.

Initial training is given on the product and systems, and you will be line-managed by one of two managers in the team, therefore a close-knit support is always available.
You will be based at our Rugby Office and once trained the role will be Hy-brid - 3 days office, 2 days at home.
