Sales Executive - Electech Services Ltd

Location: 40 Marlborough Avenue, Ruislip, HA4 7NP

Salary: 35000 per annum

Hours: Full-time, 37.5 hours per week

Contract: Permanent (subject to a three-month probation period)

Annual Leave: 28 days including bank holidays

About Us

Electech Services Ltd is a growing company providing technical and media support services, including repairs for laptops, tablets, and processors, as well as support for media production clients. We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to help expand our client base and support our business growth.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and develop new business opportunities for the company's technical repair and media support services.

Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.

Conduct pre-sales meetings, prepare quotations, and provide consultancy to generate requests for proposals (RFPs).

Liaise with clients to understand their requirements and offer tailored solutions.

Collaborate with technical and management teams to ensure smooth project implementation and client satisfaction.

Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client communications.

Attend site visits to customers and suppliers as required.

Skills and Experience Required

At least 1 year of experience in a sales or business development role, preferably within the technical services or media sector.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong organisational and problem-solving abilities.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Proficiency in using CRM systems and Microsoft Office applications.

Punctual, reliable, and self-motivated.

Additional Information

The successful candidate must comply with all statutory law, including immigration requirements, and company policies regarding work schedules, annual leave, and sick leave.

The role may require occasional travel to client and supplier sites.
