About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity for a dynamic, experienced and results-driven Sales Executive to join our Designer Success Team. You will be on the front-line representing Oxford Fashion Studio, discovering exceptional independent designers and helping those designers to break through on the global stage. The ideal candidate will drive sales growth by identifying opportunities, forging relationships, communicating our services and closing sales. You will earn commission for each sales you close with unlimited potential for higher earnings. A short sales cycle means you can close deals quickly and start earning sooner.

Responsibilities:

Leads: proactively identifying potential new clients, making contact and being highly responsive Sales: consulting on needs, communicating our services and closing sales Relationships: Ensuring an exceptional client experience and seamless client communication throughout service delivery Targets: Meeting and reporting against weekly and monthly targets

Experience:

Sales experience with a proven track-record of target-driven sales growth from lead sourcing through to closing using video conferencing Exceptional English language written communication skills and impeccable on-screen presentation skills essential. Additional international language skills, particularly Spanish and German, also desirable. Highly proficient with Google Workspace including Google Drive, Google Sheets, Google Calendar, Google Meets and Gmail. Experience with Slack, Xero and Streak CRM desirable.
