Overview


We are seeking an ambitious and results-driven Sales Exec to lead the development of new business opportunities within the premium residential construction and design sector. This role focuses on building strong partnerships with high-end builders, architects, interior designers, and property developers to grow our trade network and generate ongoing project pipelines. You will represent our brand with professionalism and confidence, showcasing our bespoke kitchen products and craftsmanship.

Key Responsibilities



Identify, target, and secure new B2B clients including builders, architects, interior designers, and developers. Develop and execute a trade sales strategy to drive consistent revenue growth. Build and nurture professional relationships to generate repeat business and referral opportunities. Promote our bespoke kitchen offering through meetings, presentations, and showroom visits. Attend industry events, site meetings, and networking opportunities to elevate brand presence. Collaborate closely with design and workshop teams to ensure project requirements and timelines are met. Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to inform strategic decisions. Prepare sales reports, forecasting, and performance analysis for leadership review. Work alongside marketing to support campaigns and trade communications.

Skills & Experience



Proven success in B2B sales within the high-end construction, interiors, or KBB (Kitchen, Bedroom & Bathroom) industry. Strong network or ability to build networks within the luxury housing and design sector. Confident communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Highly organised with strong commercial awareness and ability to close deals. Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently toward ambitious sales targets. Understanding of bespoke manufacturing, premium finishes, and technical product requirements is advantageous.
