About the Role
We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated
Sales Executive
with a strong focus on
sales advising, marketing, business development, and customer service
. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing prospective learners with the right guidance, securing enrolments, and maintaining excellent client relationships.
Fluency in
English and Romanian
is preferred to support our diverse student base.
Key Responsibilities
Act as a
Sales Advisor
, providing information, advice, and guidance to prospective students and trainees.
Conduct initial screening of the students based on the respective course entry requirement
Complete all the pre-enrolment paperwork such as initial assessments, Enrolment forms, and documentations etc.
Provide information on student finance and support learners in with loan application and ensure all the relevant paperwork is submitted to the student loans company.
Issue the course brochures and enrolment relevant information.
Ensure the up-dation of tracker Input the key information (learner name, contact details, loan application date, loan approval confirmation) into the database.
Verify the learner paperwork for the accuracy and suitability of the enrolment paperwork
Follow-up the learners with their SLC application and acquire the copy of the receipt for the application declaration and ID submission and update this information on the database
Capture the details on learner withdrawal and reasons for withdrawal
Dealing with incoming calls from prospective students. Have a persuasive telephone manner as the aim of the call is to secure enrolment with the student before they end the call.
Make outbound calls to people who have registered an interest and engage with the student from the point of contact.
Provide excellent
Customer Service
on a wide range of courses
To create, collate and schedule education and events content for college's social media channels including Facebook, Twitter and Instagram and build connections and interactions across all channels
Provide support to the education sales managers on specific projects as required
Adhere to agreed protocols and procedures and participate in regular team meetings and conference calls with college staff and external contacts as appropriate.
Identify and undertake training and development to meet personal and business needs.
You may, on occasions, be required to undertake additional or other duties as appropriate.
Support
Marketing activities
, including creating and scheduling content for social media channels (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram) to promote courses and build engagement.
Key Skills & Requirements
Previous experience in
sales, marketing, customer service, or business development
.
Strong communication and negotiation skills with a persuasive telephone manner.
Proficiency in English (Romanian language is highly preferred).
Good organizational skills with attention to detail in paperwork and documentation.
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
Flexible to work in a
full-time or part-time
capacity.
Strong IT and social media skills.
