Sales Executive - Lateral Dental

Basic Salary: 25,000 + Uncapped Commission (OTE Growing to 60k+)

Location: S3 7QG - Sheffield

Your role:

? Convert inbound and outbound leads into booked consultations and treatments

? Build rapport with potential patients through calls, emails, and in-person interactions

? Confidently discuss treatment plans, pricing, and finance options

? Hit and exceed monthly sales targets while maintaining a patient-first approach

? Work closely with the clinical and marketing teams to optimise the patient journey

? Act as a patient concierge and manage our front of house area

You'll need:

? Proven experience in sales, ideally within healthcare, luxury, or service sectors

? A natural people person - confident, empathetic, and driven

? Strong communication and persuasion skills

? A results-oriented mindset with a focus on customer satisfaction
