Sales Executive

to join our small, close-knit team.

Role Overview:

As a Sales Executive at Car Ninja, you will be the face of our business -- helping customers find the right vehicle for their needs and guiding them through the buying process with transparency and care. You'll be responsible for delivering excellent customer service, achieving sales targets, and maintaining high standards of professionalism in all customer interactions.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet and assist customers on-site and over the phone Understand customer needs and recommend suitable vehicles Arrange and accompany customers on test drives Present and negotiate pricing, finance options, and part exchanges Handle sales paperwork and ensure compliance with relevant regulations Maintain up-to-date product knowledge of our stock Upload vehicle listings with accurate descriptions and photos Follow up with leads and past customers to build long-term relationships Help maintain the forecourt and showroom appearance

What We're Looking For:

Previous experience in automotive sales is an advantage, but not essential A passion for cars and a genuine interest in helping people Strong communication and interpersonal skills Confident, friendly, and self-motivated personality Ability to work independently and as part of a small team Full UK driving licence (essential)
